1. ACCEPTANCE OF SIGNAL
By accessing REKR — the real-time social radar grid — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Transmission. If you do not agree, disconnect immediately and do not link your node.
2. ELIGIBILITY & GATE PROTOCOL
REKR is an invite-gated platform. Access requires a valid Drop Ticket passcode or approved invite code. You must be at least 13 years of age. Accounts created without passing the gate may be terminated without notice.
3. OPERATOR CONDUCT
You are responsible for all transmissions from your node. Do not broadcast unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or harassing content. Do not attempt to jam, spoof, or disrupt the grid. Violations may result in immediate signal termination.
4. CONTENT & FREQUENCIES
Rooms and messages are user-generated. REKR does not pre-screen transmissions. We reserve the right to remove any frequency that violates these terms without prior warning.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of content you transmit. By broadcasting on REKR, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the link at any time. We may suspend or terminate your node for violations of these terms. All provisions that should survive termination will do so.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REKR is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the grid. Your sole remedy is to disconnect.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney.
